I can help clients with Trauma and PTSD by using the Rewind Technique. This technique maybe for you if you have witnessed, heard about or been part of a traumatic event or you're still experiencing flashbacks, nightmares, intrusive thoughts, distressing reminders of trauma, or physical sensations that appear unintentionally.
