I try to help client's develop an understanding of themselves and work alongside them to help to remove obstacles that might be preventing personal growth. I can help with a variety of issues, including depression, interpersonal difficulties, anxiety and stress.

I'm a Person-Centred counsellor with experience working in multiple therapy settings.

I am comfortable working with clients over a long-term period of time (6+ months) or a brief intervention of a handful of sessions.
